Designing complex enterprise products — making things humans want to use.

My story
Making complex problems feel straightforward.

From internal banking tools to customer-facing experiences, I design products that help people accomplish what they need without unnecessary friction. I enjoy untangling messy problems, finding clarity in ambiguity, and turning ideas into experiences people can actually use.

Working in a large financial institution taught me how to design at scale — navigating layers of stakeholders, holding quality through complex engineering constraints, and caring about accessibility as a baseline rather than an afterthought.

Lately I've been leaning into AI-assisted design workflows — using generative prototyping to move faster through ambiguity. It's become a real part of how I work, not just a thing I tried once.

How I work
Careful, collaborative, kinda stubborn
I'll push back when something doesn't feel right. Nicely, but I will.
